Westminster Primary School

The Mark McGowan Government is investing $10 million to rebuild Westminster Primary School, as part of the WA Recovery Plan, improving educational infrastructure across Western Australia.

The upgrade will deliver a major rebuild of the school, including two new student classroom blocks and the re-purposing of existing classrooms to establish facilities for education support students.

The project also includes a new dental therapy facility and will be delivered in conjunction with the previously announced rebuild of the administration block.

Westminster is the last separate stream junior and primary school in Western Australia. These major works will bring the junior and senior primary schools into one contemporary school from Kindergarten to Year 6.

This important upgrade will significantly improve the quality of education and the learning environment for children in Westminster, whilst also creating jobs to employ locals and stimulate local businesses in WA.
